Sean's evolution into a trainer was a natural progression having spent countless hours in the gym, participating in high level sport, and studying exercise and physiology. He became qualified in 2008 and has spent every year since striving to learn more and be better.
He has a genuine passion for all things training and loves nothing more than seeing people develop both physically and mentally. His drive to see you succeed is second to none, and he knows how to push you to get you where you want to be. He believes in hardwork, earning your results and developing your mind to be able to handle anything.
Combining both tried and tested strength and conditioning programs as well as workouts to develop your mental strength and resolve, Sean can help you reach any goal, and get there smiling.
