STRENGTH DIVISION

Each day the workout will focus on a different compound movement- bench, squat, deadlifts, accompanied by a tonne of assistance work, plenty of volume & just the right amount of conditioning to make you a well-rounded bad-ass. Basically, your bread & butter strength & conditioning sessions, with the goal of building a body that's capable of practically anything and everything.


BARBELL

Nothin' but weights baby! Utilising tried & tested strength programs specifically designed to build muscle & get strong. In-house competitions & regular testing will help keep track of progress & improve confidence.

STRONGMAN

Real World Fitness starts with Strongman training. Picking up odd objects, carrying things, dragging sleds, pulling ropes, flipping stuff and much more. It's the most 'functional' training you can do. We mix in a little barbell work and some conditioning to add some extra spice. Without doubt one of our most popular classes!

YOUTH MOVEMENT

The stats on adults and kids health at the moment is pretty grim. We started this program as our way of addressing this problem at a very small level. We want to help the kids in our youth program understand the benefits of being fit and strong. Give them some skills and knowledge in the areas of nutrition as well as giving them the tools to develop a bullet proof mindset. We are so proud of this program and the results we are getting simply blow us away.
